MANUFACTURING 5000 ITEMS IN 3 MONTHS!

Sindalah, the first destination of Saudi Arabia’s $500 billion NEOM project, is set to open in 2024, showcasing a world-class yachting destination, three luxury hotels, a golf course, 51 luxury retail outlets in ‘The Village,’ and more. Spanning 84 hectares, it aims to attract 2,400 visitors daily by 2028. Positioned as a global yachting hub, Sindalah features an ultra-prime marina, designed by Luca Dini, offering 86 berths for yachts and hosting various leisure activities. The island also includes high-end hotels, diverse dining options, a golf course, and aims to contribute to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 by generating tourism revenue and creating 3,500 jobs.

Alamis participated in the manufacturing of carpentry, doors, glass and metal items. There were over 4500 total materials ranging from vanity counters to DB boxes. The items were for Studio, 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK apartments.

Our team comprised of personnel that has over 20 years of experience. Our Project Director along with our Project Manager oversaw the stages from material submittals, material approvals, shop drawings, engineering and procurement. Our Production Manager took extensive action and planning in production of the whole project. We were able to plan the production on a weekly basis. We tracked KPIs daily to oversee the production to identify any loopholes and bottlenecks. We started the manufacturing from 04-Oct-23 to 21-Dec-23 lasting a total of 107 days. Our total manpower tallied to over 200 personnels.
